The Personal Fitness 'Update'
How it works:
Every few weeks or so, you will visit with Mike and experience 3 workouts together. This can be done on a weekend, or during the middle of the week.
During that time Mike will:
* test your current fitness level
* check your progress from any previous program
* take new measurements and body composition
* give you the most appropriate new program of 'exercise and nutrition' that will cover you for the next 6 weeks.

How it works:
This program is for anyone local to the Naples/Bonita Springs/Ft. Myers area of southwest Florida.
You decide if you'll be training 1,2,3 or more times per week with Mike at his facility in Bonita Springs, Fl.
Obviously, there is nothing like working together, in person, toward your ultimate goal.
By working with Mike in person each week, each workout builds on the last. If you've ever watched the popular TV show 'The Biggest Loser', you get to witness how 'in tune' everyone gets to their bodies.
You will tune in to your body and how it works with exercise and eating. Together, you will literally turn your body into a muscle toning, fat-burning machine!
Prices per session vary based on session length and
frequency: from $30 to $75 per session.

The 12-Week Ultimate Fitness Program
How it works:
This program is for the serious and will require a bit more of an investment of time on your part.
With this program, you will see incredible results in just 12 weeks.
Mike will take you through a workout every day, 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday. While the other program workouts last about an hour, these are not timed, and typically run 90-minutes to 2 hours per day.
A small portion of that time will be sitting, reviewing and planning, but for the most part, you will be in training.

How the One-on-One Program Works...if you don't live in southwest Florida
We can decide together in advance how many sessions you will need. Typically, the 6-Week Update shown above works for most folks coming from out of town. But you can choose as many sessions as you wish while you are here.
Unless you choose to bring a partner, friend or spouse, you will work one-on-one with Mike Mastro...your personal trainer. You will engage in a variety of specific exercises that will be determined to be best suited for your particular goals.
About 30 to 45 minutes each day will be educating you in form and technique on exercises based on your current level of fitness and past experience. The rest of the time (approximately 2 1/2 hours total) will be spent on actual fitness activities.
You will be taken from your current level of experience, to a whole new level in just days. The outcome is you will be able to easily replicate this program anywhere you choose.
Whether it be at a fitness center, your corporate facility or your home gym. It's not so much the equipment as it is 'what to do and how to do it' when it comes to results.
